Cameroon v Gabon

Cameroon striker Eto'o says their coach has instilled self belief in them

Cameroon will be the more confident ahead of the Group D match in Lubango - they beat the same opponents twice in four days in September.

Star striker Samuel Eto'o believes their recent good form is due to the arrival of coach Paul Le Guen.

Gabon striker Daniel Cousin insists they want to create an upset at the tournament.

But with a lot of the team playing in Europe's lower leagues, they are facing a very tough task.

Eto'o believes Le Guen's influence on the side cannot be over estimated.

"He brought us together at a tough time last year when wins were imperative," said Eto'o.

Former Paris Saint Germain boss Le Guen took over last year to help Cameroon qualify for the World Cup despite the side having taken just one point from their first two qualifying games.

"He is a great psychologist and a great coach with modern ideas. We're delighted his contract has been renewed," Eto'o continued.

But Gabon will also be eager to show they too mean business, with Daniel Cousin who plays his club football at Hull City in the English Premier League expected to lead in attack.

Zambia and Tunisia are the other teams that make up group C.
